First, congratulations on your recent graduation, assuming you are the graduate.

"Nice" is relative and beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Are you looking to rent, or buy? Where will you be working? Do you need access to public transportation or major thoroughfares? Is a quiet are right for you, or do you need nightlife and "action"?

As you can see, there are many things to consider, and I would love the opportunity to review your needs with you and find the right place for you. Give me a call so we can discuss your needs further.

There are many nice areas in Philadelphia for someone to live right out of college. Feel free to give me a call and we can discuss some of the different areas of the city and what they have to offer. Are you going to be working in the city?

Hi Michael,

Congrats on your graduation. Do you want to buy or rent? What are your must have - for example close to job or 2 bedrooms and central air. If you could answer those questions it would really help me to point you in the right direction. Shoot me a e mail or call and I would be happy to help you.

Kind Regards,
