What are some development in estero, bonita or naples that are USDA loan approved?

We are looking to buy with a USDA loan. Are there any nice developments in Fort Myers, Estero, Naples or Bonita that are approved?

HI Lookingto buy,

All of Naples is eligible but Bonita and Estero have areas that are not eligible. Like David said, east of 41 is eligible in both Bonita and Estero and the southern part of Bonita is eligible as well.

I am working with a mortgage broker and we have qualified for the USDA loan- but finding the right house that is NOT in lehigh has been our challenge. We are looking to be in a development. I am looking ont heir website for USDA and it looks like Estero pkwy is elighible...is this correct?

The Loans are available through several communities in the area, depending on your income and the home you select, several banks and mortgage companies provide the funding.

This is a god question for a loan officer who can originate a USDA loan. I;m pretty sure though Fort Myers is not an area that is approved for the USDA loan program. In Bonita, most areas east of 41 and all of Collier County have in the past been acceptable for USDA. However, please speak with a loan officer to confirm this. under 200, newer single family home, 3/2 or larger, 1700 or larger, prefer community with ammenities (pool, clubhouse workout, etc)
