We are looking for house in west san jose but for the prices around 800K we are getting 3B/3bt 1500 sqft house. Inventory is still low and we do not see it as a buyers market. At the same time evergreen has nicer newer houses for same prices range and school district is good as moreland school district. Which one is better option ? commute wise West san jose - 95130 is good but we want to make sure its a win in long term an currently houses are not overpriced.
