Wells Fargo Contact

Asked by Darlene, Cleveland, OH Fri Feb 13, 2009

I am in desperate need of a contact at Wells Fargo. I am trying to buy a home owned by them and have submitted a cash offer through my Realtor. Sadly the local agent for the bank has been giving me the run around and since submitting my first cash offer 30 days passed and the bank slashed the price $15,000?! Which is good for me but I have no reassurance that my offers are even being presented to Wells... the agent is shady to say the least. I am looking for a phone number and dept I can call at Wells just to simply verify that my offer has been received. My Relator has been wonderful and is trying to help me but the agent seems to be standing in the way?!

Any help I would be eternally grateful!

Thank You Kindly in Advance!

Most agents don't talk to the banks directly, they use an online portal. I would say your chance of talking to a human being at Wells Fargo who actually knows what you are talking about is slim to none. Be relentless and you might get lucky.

I can't help you with a Wells Fargo contact. However, I would have your agent contact the managing broker of the listing firm and request evidence that your offer has been submitted and is awaiting acceptance. Unfortunatly, some banks are overwelmed with foreclosures and short sales and do not have enough staff to handle the work load efficiently. Good Luck!
