We would love a place to get away and want a dock to sit on and fish. We want under 150K. What would be the nicest area to look?

It's difficult to find waterfront properties under $180k at this time but occasionally they do come up in the following areas: Sea Isle, Jamaica Beach, Isla Del Sol and Bay Harbor. Don't discount some nice dry lot properties with unobstructed views that are walking distance to fishing areas - like right down or across the street.113

HI. Before you make your offer on the vacation home of your dreams, it would be a good idea to get prequalified for your loan. 2nd homes can be financed with as little as 10% down, but it's not as easy as it was a few years ago. Our free prequalification will put you in a stronger position to make your offer. Contact us by email, barbara@thecokerteam.com and we will help you with the guidelines. We make loans "all over Texas!"
