that fits what we're looking for. Ideally, we'd like to work with someone who knows of homes that aren't even on the market or have come off the market or are short sales or foreclosures.
-3 beds (really need 4 )
-not on main road (preferably quiet street)
-good bones (or priced right that we'd have $ to fix properly asap)
-we prefer the ugly homes that we can put our own elbow grease into rather than pay for someone else's upgrades.
-we are uniquely positioned to buy w/ cash if necessary and/or wait several months to work through a short sale or foreclosure.
-we'd love to only spend $300k and we can customize from there...or we can go up to $350 w/ less room to work with big repairs (non-cosmetics)
Anyone know the Holland market that well?
