Hi Anosia,

I just posted a blog on foreclosure and a few tips on what to look for during your pre- inspection. This is not written to be an exhaustive list but more to point potential buyers on few areas that need attention.

I hope it helps,
Cathy C.

Dear John,

I respect you as a top realtor at East Brunswick, but unless you can prove what you said by, say, posting a list of foreclosure homes in Edison, your credit at Trulia is yet to prove ...

Edison is full of financial responsible people, and to certain extend, they can also cover some who do NOT, and of course, after those who do not sold their homes to those who do, you get more and more financial responsible home owners in Edison area.

A financial responsible citizen do NOT just walk away from their home. I know a friend lived in Edison in a condo, and back in 90's when condo price dropped, he not only did not walk away of his condo, he ended up paid off his condo, and he bought out many neighbors' condo quarter by quarter at then low price.

You will see many more typical Edison financial responsible people doing the same thing this time. They not only buy for themselves, they invite their friends and colleagues to this nice place, and they also have far vision to buy each of their kids a condo so that their kids grown up will have a jump start then people in other area ...

Pretty funny. So, you think that edison is full to the brim of nothing but "financially responsible" people?
Your statement is comical and delusional.

Too Funny.

Thanks - I needed that.

There is no foreclosure in Greater Edison area. For one reason, people in the area are much more financially responsible, for another reason, if one wants to sell for any reason, move up or relocate ...etc, the unit would be sold very quickly.

Many more condo/townhouses sold at Edison:
1615 EDISON GLEN Terrace, Edison NJ 08837 3br 2hba townhouse at Edison glen just sold at $359,900
