We put in a pretty strong offer on a home. They counter offered us and we accepted their conditions. What are our chances of getting the house.?

Thank you! As a first time home buyer my husband and I are anxious and this waiting game is killing us. We signed the counter. My agent submitted it last night so now we are just waiting.
Your answer gives me hope!

Hi Wenvir!

The chances are good. If they gave you a counter and you accepted it, and signed it, that should be it. Barring any appraisal, financing, and inspection issues. Sounds like you bought a house!

Congrats!

Best of luck!

Never counting the chickens, I'd wait for the signed executed contract, clear your inspections and other contingencies on the contract; and once you've signed all the documents at the closing table then the place is yours.
