A Real Estate professional ... I don't feel ... is your go-to to get this question properly answered. Hopefully you have someone that spearheads your financial planning and saving. I would strongly encourage you get your CPA and your financial planner on-board. There are implications, not only with regards to your financial planning and saving, but also tax implications.

I, too, would offer the services of myself and my Team to assist you. Feel free to visit http://www.DoorToDreams.com...

Best wishes

I know there are people who use their self-directed IRA's for those purposes, but you really should be speaking with your CPA and /or Financial Planner for the most qualified advice.

Let me know if I can assist you with finding your next great real estate investment.

Best of luck,
