Ihopje, Home Buyer in Fort Lee, NJ

We are trying to buy a house for more than 1 year now. We never considered Little Falls.

Asked by Ihopje, Fort Lee, NJ Sun Aug 12, 2012

We just happened to see a house there that we imediately loved. Can anybody give any information about the township? Specially school system and the flooding areas?

I would highly recommend the established community of North Caldwell, NJ - just next door to Little Falls and just 17 miles from mid town Manhattan, the township provides exceptional education, recreation, community and saftey. Ranking Top 20 within the state; the Borough of North Caldwell provides Public Pre K to 6th grade schooling with a regional 7th to 12th grade middle/high school which ranked 16 in the state.

I urge you to please visit my website and contact me directly. There are a number of resident families which work in Manhattan and live in the North Caldwell community. With a number of Midtown direct express buses and trains, local residents attest to the quality, happiness, privacy and comfort in their selection of home in North Caldwell, NJ.

Kind regards,

I have been in Little Falls for 24 years, and it really is a great little town. Little Falls has 3 grade schools separating the grades (not shared with any other town, only the HS is shared) this is good because the little ones can feel like big shots in their own school and not have to worry about older kids bulling them.

The flooding areas vary, but are the worst on Louis Street & Williams Street. Most of the town does not flood though. Give me a call if you'd like to chat about the town and the school system. 973-766-4018

Little Falls is a great town. The school system is shared with Woodland Park.

There is a train station in town

Part of the town next to Cedar Grove is a Little more Upscale.

let me know the property address and I can tell you if it is in a Flood Zone.

There are a few areas in town that are in a Flood Zone.

I can also email you a link to see the School ratings.
