Long Branch is the best location ever! I have lived here for 20 years. Plenty of parking and awesome award winning restaurants. A short bike ride to Asbury Park. I live right on the beach and run before the sun comes up and often again at dusk. It's amazing. I would love to show you around. 732.539.6272. I have a summer rental available if you want to check it out before you rent for a year or buy. Give me a call. Long Branch is beautiful. You can also people watch at Rooney's Oceanfront and meet the neighbors. Great outside deck on the boardwalk to enjoy a summer drink with friends.

When it comes to any safety/crime related issues, it's always best to contact the local police department with all your questions, hear all there is to hear firsthand. If unfamiliar with the area(s) do revisit more than once and at different times of day, possibly chat with locals/neighbors. Real estate professionals are prohibited from steering, enticing a buyer to purchase, or not, in specific neighborhoods.

As a Realtor, I usually tell my clients to visit the area at different times of the day and talk to some neighbors to get a good feel. I met several of the neighbors on that street and they all "love" it there. There have not been too many resales there either as people don't tend to move out - which says alot right there. Good Luck with your decision!
