Hi Amy. I agree that Park Pacifica is the warmest and sunniest. The Sun Valley area is also back in the back of Linda Mar and is nice. The site Sue recommended is what I would suggest as well. Depending on your price range you might want to consider in Vallemar and Rockaway Beach near the back. I wish you all the luck in your search. Should you have more questions feel free to contact me. Have a great holidays.

South end of Pacifica past fog line. Furthest South is Rosita or Lindamar Blvd go toward back away from ocean around 2 or 3 streets past Adobe fog line then all the way back.
Lots of streets off main roads ,Great for sunny weather and safety I hope that helps and gives a reference point.

I live on Crespi near Fassler and we are the breaking point between cooler and warmer weather. Our neighbors across the street have an ocean view and cooler weather. We have a valley view and warment weather. It's amazing the difference. 1460 Crespi Drive is just a few doors away and a nice property!

You can also check out school rankings and comments of schools at http://www.greatschools.org/.

Definitely Park Pacifica for weather. A little further out if you work in the city but worth it in my opinion.

Pacifica schools are open enrollment. I would go to the Pacifica School District site http://(www.pacificasd.org) to check the test scores but also the type of school you are looking for (structured, parent participation, k-8, etc) The warmest area is in Park Pacifica. There are several different areas to choose from in Pacifica and it depends on the number of bedrooms, baths and the price range you are looking for because that really varies by area.
