Enzo - it's a question of lifestyle. We have tons of clients that like the action but don't like to live in it and choose to buy within a short driving distance, that way they can get away when they want. Others can't live without the SoBe energy. I would recommend that you visit both to get a feel for the area (they are very different) - it is a subjective question that can only be answered by you.
buona fortuna!

South Beach will always be good and is selling cheaper now because of the cycle we are in. Sunny Isles will be cheap too but is it the location that will go up when the market turns. Remember to buy what you can afford. -Pam Mayers

The only way to know the answer to that question is to ask:
1) Is this for your own living or for investment?
2) Are you talking about condo, townhouse, or single family?
3) What price range are you in
4) What are the most important things to you in terms of the neighborhood/lifestyle?

I'll be glad to discuss it further with you.. just give me a call.

I would buy one in each!

I live and work in Sunny Isles Beach and love to visit SoBe every so often. Fortunately, I'm always able to nagivate my way back to Sunny Isles before daybreak- but,... in the event that one day I'd be unable to... it would be good to have a nest to call home.
