If you have a client that fits this description, please include all the deatils in your answer...

"Calling all real estate agents ... I am in search of that crazy
client of yours, the total bottom feeder, who has waited ages, and
I mean ages (I have one guy who waited four years) to finally buy
(and then he took three weeks before he settled on financing). We
are asking the question: Are the on-the-fencers finally getting off
the fence in the Washington area? How big is price (the $89 K house
phenomenon) a part of their thinking? Please help

I am working with one couple, they are in their late 40's, early 50's and are finally planning to buy. I am almost sure of it. But, they haven't written a contract yet. If they'd bought a home the first time they considered it, they'd own it free and clear by now.
