Home Buying in Marlton>Question Details

Robert Gooch, Home Buyer in Austin, TX

Want to buy one of the townhouses on Landing Drive.

Asked by Robert Gooch, Austin, TX Wed Apr 1, 2009

Our kids are grown and we want to move back to the area from Texas. How can we be alerted when one of the few townhouses are put on the market? All the real estates agents we spoke with don't seem to have the patience to pursue our request.

Go to http://www.AdamsHomeSearch.com

You can enter all of your criteria for the house that you'd like. If you save your criteria, you will be automatically emailed the day it comes on the market.

You can search by the street, neighborhood, zipcode, or any combination that suits you.

When you see a home that you like, just click on the "inquire about this listing" link.

Optionally, I could set this up for you.

Please, let me know how I can help.

Robert,
I do this everyday. In fact I had a buyer of similar circumstances call me today. Already showed the property and making an offer.

Yes it is work but not for you to worry about.

Contact me by email, I will have this sent over ready for you!

I will personally alert you by text, email or phone what ever way you are happy to have this information communicated.

Robert: I'd be glad to keep track of this situation for you. All you have to do is sign an exclusive buyer's agency agreement with me for the period that it takes one of these units to come onto the market.

Otherwise, you might become like many others I have met in the past. They have completely forgotten that they asked an agent to do some work for them and go off with someone else, often in a completely different direction, before the property the agent was looking for came on the market.

Robert,

There's is a simple solution to this. I have done this for my clients in the past. SImply do a mass mailing to all the neighbors and let them know of your interest in purchasing a house in the area. Alot of times I get a response from someone who's planning to sell their home. Call me in my office and I can let you know how we can put a plan in place.
