From June 1 through August 14, homes in El Dorado Hills between 2800 and 3000 SqFt averaged about $522,000 sold price. But this data is not going to be useful because there are many variables that effect the price of a home.

Realtors who are MLS subscriber’s have powerful reporting tools available that can slice and dice data almost any way you want to see it by area. For example, if you go back 120 days and check recent closed sales in Serrano, you see homes in the 2,800 – 3,300 square foot range between $148.00 - $221 per/sq.ft for an average of $167.26 per /sq. I would also have your Realtor check the pending sales activity since this can give clues to what is selling within the last few weeks.

Unfortunately, the answer to your question is.... It depends. We are seeing homes in El Dorado Hills ranging in price per square foot from 150.00 on up. The price per square foot will depend on the Village, age, location, lot size, amenities and condition of the home. Liane- Serving El Dorado County Since 1984

There is no useful answer to your question. Two reasonably similar adjoining developments could have significantly different values.

You should make a buyer's representation agreement with a REALTOR member of the MLS.
