H.O.A. - Home Owners Association , the fee can vary based on the buildings amenities and size of your unit. Reasoning on why it is not free is simple, buildings require regular maintenance.

It is an association fee that is mandatory if you desire to live in a community as such, which comes wiith rules and regulations ,the hoa fees may also go up ,unless stated otherwise.

good evening ken,

i'm late to chime in but to reassure you about the 6th street property, all previous comments are accurate. this is a well maintained building in a great location. the living space feels generous and the floor plan has a good flow. there have been only 7 other 3 bedroom properties in this 90403 zip that sold at this attractive price point this year. if you have interest you should act fast. its on lock box with which i have access to so if you would like to see it let me know and we can go at your convenience. have a great evening.
