Withdrawn could mean the property was temporarily/permanently taken off the market, or the seller no longer wishes to sell, or the listing agreement was cancelled. For available area properties check http://www.mlsli.com

Hello Steven,
In my region "withdrawn" means that the property is temporarily off the market but will return at some point. When a listing is "cancelled" then it is permanently off the market with that particular agent representing the home.

Yes, do contact the agency representing the property to get more details on it's status.

Thats a great question.
Withdrawn simply means, that particular property has been removed from the MLS (Multi-List Service). The best thing do do is contact a local agent and get the details on the withdrawl.
