Very Helpful Responses

Thank you all for your responses. Something I found last night in a report from Los Alamos, using the Bateman equations, it is shown the peak of activity for the Pu releases at Rocky Flats is 60 YEARS AFTER THE RELEASE... I derived those equations in the past but never wrote a program to graph the activity over time of Rocky Flats grade Pu. So folks, whatever is out there, it is getting hotter each day, and the radioactivity will be increasing for a decade or so. Mr LeRoy Moore looks like a good person to talk to about this. I really appreciate the feedback. Hanford, Idaho engineering lab, Savannah River, Oak Ridge, Brookhaven, and many other places... what a legacy. I just hope it turns out that the levels are safe for people. Honesty is such a wonderful thing !! Thanks all...
