Sizzling hot!

We are bombarded with calls from renters, home buyers AND home sellers. Everyone wants to do something. We listed 7-8 homes this week and listing another 2-3 homes this weekend. An example. We listed a home on Monday this week that was previously on the market 422 days with another agent. We raised the price $50,000 to $799,000 and had an accepted offer in ONE day. There's just not enough homes for sale based on the current demand. See the latest market inventory report for Temecula here.

We've a one-stop shop for everyone interested in real estate, whether you're selling, buying or renting. All under one roof here in Temecula. Open 7 days a week.

And we have great coffee too.

Rental market has gone through the roof. Many folks are regrouping since the Real Estate market went downhill and can't purchase right now. Also, we have military personnel constantly moving in and out of the area. Temecula rents range from 1600-2400mo depending on the home, tract, and amenities. If you decide to lease your property, please contact me. I have renters actively looking now.

Hi Msheu63847,

I'm assuming you're asking how the rental market is since you said "turn property to rental". The rental market is ok but the selling market is on fire. There is a shortage of homes for sale and there are more buyers in the market now than properties available for sale. Most homes for sale are getting multiple offers - if priced correctly. If you would be interested in selling your property - instead of renting it out - please feel free to contact me (951-240-2205 or shanna@realtybysr.com). I can provide a Comparative Market Analysis free and with no obligation. I would be more than happy to assist you.

Hello Msheu 63847,

Depending on the price range of the property. We are in a sellers market - properties in the $300k +-.
We just listed a property off Winchester Creek - We priced it at the top of the market price wise. (The home was completely remodeled and in great condition). It sold in a couple days. We were bombarded.

A very nice change from where we've been the last several years.

If we can answer any other questions please don't hesitate to contact us.
