I'll tell you about what is happening in the Apollo Beach area, which would make it a great time to invest. We have 2 major projects happening in the South Shore area (Apollo Beach, Ruskin, Riverview, etc.). St. Joseph's hospital is under construction and will be completed in early 2015. Amazon has begun building a 1,000,000 sq.ft. distribution facility in Ruskin, which is anticipated to bring 1,000 jobs to the area. We expect a major boom in this area with the job growth.
Covington Park is a great, established community with an elementary school, community pools, tennis and basketball courts. It is also conveniently located with access to US Hwy 41, I-75 and US 301. The hospital is approx. a 5 minute drive and 10 minutes to Amazon.
