Ok. Here goes. I have done many short sale listings over the past few years. It is a very different market now. There are no deals on short sales anymore. Straight out market value. So the properties you see for 40-50k under market value will not be approved like they used to be. So buyers waiting on Short sales, sit back for 4-6 months or even a year just to get a counter or a no from the bank. And be prepared to pay the MUA and assoc fees if the bank and seller reject paying them.
