This house has extensive damage from a toronado that recently went through the area. Why is the price still the same as it was prior to the damage?

I am interested in purchasing an older building for my home.

This is likely a question best directed to the listing agent but if an insurance company is involved it would be fair to assume the damages would be corrected and the home's condition could be better than before the damage.

Contact the agent for specific details.

Good luck,
