Buyers, have you recently purchased a home with siblings or in-laws or are you looking to do so?
Agents, have you closed any deals recently among family members, or do you have a family that's looking together?

We are looking to purchase a home with our close friends in order to save money. We are still trying to find a loan company because my credit is not quite high enough to get one on my own. We are a family of 8 with two grown, and our friends are a family of 5 with other kids that will come visit. Our friends recently were displaced because she was laid off and he works every day, but pays over half his check in child support. They are now living in a 25' camper at the fair grounds at least until he fair comes to town, then they will probably have to park the camper in my side yard. I have been laid off and my boyfriend works for himself doing a seasonal job. We live in a small town of only about 18,000, so there are no jobs. Most of the people in our town worked for factories making parts for honda and airstream motor homes. I would guess that approx hal of the people whole live here are now unemployed, the jobs and family services center has run out of money and many of the people here are homeless. We have found a coule of houses with property to grow our own food and hopefully our own meat also. We feel this is the best solution for all of us so we can split the bills and the responsibility. We would have 5 adults and 5 small children and 2 teenagers. If there are any agents or anyone who knows of available resources to help us that would be great. Thank you Renee
