Oops, I didn't see that this was in Arizona, just saw you were from Atlanta. http://www.rurdev.usda.gov/SupportDocuments/AZ%20GRH.pdf is a list of Arizona's USDA Guaranteed income limits ... Ron Kuhn listed them for you as of the Phoenix-Mesa-Glendale area as well.

the income limits vary by location and family size. You can look them up on the USDA website.

http://www.rurdev.usda.gov/SupportDocuments/GA%20GRH.pdf are the USDA Guaranteed Rural Housing income limits for all of Georgia. In the Atlanta area it's a household income limit of $82,600 for a 1-4 person family size, and $109,050 for 5-8 person family size.

There is also eligible & ineligible areas, Chris provided the link for property eligibility, but again it's http://eligibility.sc.egov.usda.gov/eligibility/welcomeAction.do is where you can check if a property is in an eligible area or not.

- On the left side there is a category in white writing called "Property Eligibility"
- Click "Single Family Housing" under that category
- Read agreement/disclaimer & hit accept
- On the left side of the next screen you can enter in a specific address
- On the right side you will see a map of the U.S. and click on Georgia
- If you clicked on Georgia then click on your county and it should bring up a Google map with areas designating ineligible areas.
- If you entered in an address it'll then bring you to a map with that address on it and it'll say if it's eligible or not
