I live in the area and love it. Grand Peninsula has many things to offer its residents as does Mira Lagos. I would be glad to sit down and go over the area with you.

I live near Mira Lagos and my personal opinion is that what is happening in Mira Lagos and Grand Peninsula is what is happening all over; the Economy! I asked the same question about Kings Mill in Mansfield, what is happening there; what is happening in Waterford Park but it's due to uncertainty. Some folks are losing their jobs, having to move; some relocating; some just can't get jobs due to bad credit, no degrees, etc.. I just hope that the Economy will get better for everyone and that our homes will only appreciate more. I hope this helps.

Both these communities are pretty close in terms of quality and overall location.
I believe prices have dipped a little in both since original purchases.
Of course we all want values to go up, but we really can't predict the future.
Who would have dreamed about the $8000 tax credit just a year or two ago?

You can search the MLS for free on my website at http://www.teamlynn.com

Just let us know if you would like to see any of the homes.

They are both very comparable communities with similar amenities and price points. I think you should probably go by the home itself in this case.

I will be happy to send you a list of those for sale in each community.
