Looking at your criteria, that may be possible but I would need to know more information on exactly what you are looking for and how flexible you are as far as location, etc. For example, are you willing to do some rehab, when are you looking to purchase, et cetera. These answers will help me to try and help you.

If you would like to call me, I will discuss some details with you and see if I may be of further assistance.

I think with a budget from $300-$ can find a home that will suit all of your needs in the area. I would be happy to discuss neighborhoods that suit your needs without obligation.

Please feel free to contact me anytime.

What about suburb or small town in immediate area--walkability & high level of education/cultural oops, are key. $350K is OK.

Homes in that area are usually over $300K and sometimes not in best shape if low priced.

Tough get, Btalexa! Interior neighborhoods with the style of home you want is a challenge. You might look around the Wooten area. Not the style of home, though fewer students and some walkability.

Best, John
