Should we sign a Buyer Representation Agreement - Exclusive (C.A.R. Form BRE, Revised 4/07)?

Some buyers do. Some investors--especially ones who invest in several markets (myself included)--won't sign them for the same reason why most (if not all) agents/brokers wouldn't agree to sign an agreement to exclusively represent each of us: signing them doesn't make very good business sense for either party. (Please check out the link below if you're interested in a more detailed answer why I don't sign them.)

The BRE protects all parties involved. For me, it provides the client and myself with a commitment to the homebuying process. What is it about the BRE that concerns you?
