Seller do not provided electricity bill after my request ? Can he do this after he sign contract?

I don't fully understand your question, however, a seller is under no obligation to provide a buyer with a copy of his utility bills. Secondly, whatever the seller pays for utilities such as water, electric, etc. are based upon the owners usage of such utilities. Therefor, regardless of what a previous owner pays does not reflect what you are going to pay since your usage might be more or less. Jose Gomez / Realtor in Miami, FL
