You can see the Google Maps view of this homes location here:

It is very close to the airport however it is a personal decision as to whether it is too close for you or not.

Would you like us to show you this property? If so, please feel free to email us and we will set it up.

In response to your question I would say that some people would not be able to be this close to an airport and the surrounding traffic an noise. On the other hand it does not bother some people. I would hang out in the area during the day and the night time hours to get a feel for the area. I would try to talk with some of the current residents. I will say that when I am around communities close to the airport I notice a strong smell of fuel fumes from the planes. I have often wondered how this affects your health living with high concentrations of exhaust in the air. Just a observation I have encountered and wanted to interject as something to think about.
Thank You

The best way to figure this one out is to take a little time out and hang out close by during the hours you would normally be home. It may also pay off to go there during the time when you would normally sleep. Something that doesn't bother one person, may drive you absolutly crazy. I personally wouldn't take someone elses word.

Hi Dancer,

well, this property is located in a very close proximity from the airport, but it is not under neither both
flightpaths . . however, if you could hear it . . well, that's something that you should judge it by standing there and being able to hear it, in order to determine wether or not you hear much.
(if you're localy living here)
Being centraly located and lots of traffic nearby, maybe you would be ok, like some people don't even
'feel'' it, on the other hand, some people are kind of 'sensitive'.
It's a 'sensitive thing for an agent to tell you . . based on my knowledge and my experience, by driving by, me personaly, I would not say that it would me 'drive nuts' that here is a crazy loud noise, but again, maybe you could still hear it (a bit).
Anyway, if you're interested in any property and want some additional info, need assistance in your real estate needs, then you can contact me directly below . . Good luck & Happy new year*!
