Please check with the school district; 510-657-2350. Last I heard the high school for that neighborhood was Kennedy High. If so, you are right that the school is not the best in Fremont. There are 5 high schools in Fremont, one will be the best and one will be the worst. But all are better than most cities.

Hello Sr,

According to Fremont Unified School District attendance area, the schools belonging to Rosewood are:

Elementary - Blacow (Greatschools rating 5 out of 10)
Middle - Walters (Greatschools rating 7 out of 10)
High - Kennedy (Greatschools rating 3 out of 10)

Hope this helps.

Dear Home Buyer, You are right, the prices at Summer Hills is great. Now the schools are not bad. Irvington High is rated #2 in Fremont only after Mission HIgh. If you are not comfortable with that location there are 2 other new home developments on Kato road in Fremont (Irvington also) Some how my clients like this area better. Do check them out. If you do not have a realtor I'd be more than happy to take you there.
Remember to check them out before you decide.
Good Luck
