walkability, extensive neighborhood services and amenities, mixed ages, elevator buildings--i.e., what doesn't exist in Nashville. I need a handicapped accessible flat for when my son visits. Don't want a project or complex, and hate the burbs. Have huge furniture from huge homes--but due to financial setbacks need to now buy a 2-br for around 300K. Any ideas? Including for a one-level house with NO porch stairs in walkable area? Thanks.
