I am here to help you with your home search in Concord and surrounding towns.
I have been successful finding homes for other Hanscom Field personnel for under $450,000 in Concord to Hudson to Littleton and Leominster.
I would suggest the first step would be to register on my site for free access to all homes for sale and start receiving daily emails of all new listings that meet your criteria. This is by far the best and easiest way to have up to date information and be the first to know of all new listings.
You can save homes and request showings of any homes on my site and an easy way for us to communicate.

I look forward to working with you and helping you in anyway I can be of the most help in your new home purchase.
Thank You

Hi Joe,
There are many values out there. "Value" depends on your needs and wants, of course. If I knew more about those, I could find you the best value in the area's you are looking to move into. Best bang for the buck depends on what compromises you are willing to make. Location? Price? Amenities? Call or e-mail me anytime and I'll see what we can do for you.

Bedford, Concord, Lexington and Lincoln border on the base and you can certainly find a nice home there. Also Acton is quite close by and has about 15-20 min commute to the Hanscom AFB I believe it is Vandenberg Gate. There are definitely some decent housing options, and excellent schools.
In terms of value it really depends on what your housing preferences are. Generally Concord is most expansive, followed by Lincoln, Bedford, Acton. Another option could be Littleton but that could add another 10 minutes to your commute. Further out you have Ayer, Boxborough, Stow and Maynard, out of which Ayer and Maynard are the most affordable but that will add to your commute generally 15-20 minutes. You will most likely be stuck in the morning commute at the Concord Rotary but depending on where you have to go there are back roads.
Hope this helps a bit.

For the direct Map…

Best of luck

Hi Joe,

You will find the Best value the farther west you go. I live in Harvard, MA but do most of my business in Leominster, MA as it is the first 'affordable' place within a reasonable commute. For an extra 15 minutes (or less) you will save close to half the $ for a comparable house. To learn the 'real' differences, I'd be happy to speak with you.
