Thanks Emmanuel, I appreciate that it was taken with the intentions I had, to be somewhat humorous, although I must admit the I feel funny about saying that now, with the "not-so-usual suspects" making an appearance yet.

After all, that is what my blog, and these message boards are really suppose to be about, getting to know the person you may do business with. I am sure Cory will do his research on the agent he chooses, and make the best choice that fits his needs and expectations.

I started doing Real Estate in 1984 in NY. I am experienced, and since I am a New Yorker, at heart. I am very straight, and right to the point. My partner Renee Williams had started her Career about the same time in New homes! The two of us bring a lot to the table! one of my Web sites is the other is I am unique! I believe in 110% Customer Service. I am definately not a 9-5 Realtor. The people that I work with have the same beliefs I do, and we think nothing of being on the internet 1:30AM. If that is what is .

We can assist you both electronically and in person. You set the pace. If you want to see 3 homes that's fine and if you want to see 100 we've done that too. We're low pressure and more interested in you finding the right home vs showing you 3 and having you pick one. You just let us know when you're ready to buy. We try to match your style as much as possible.

We've moved all over the country and around the world so know how stressful moves can be. We'll make it as easy on you as possible. You can read more about me and my style on my website as well as search the entire MLS.

Welcome to Texas....

Hi Cory,

Welcome to North Texas. I appreciate your approach to hiring a REALTOR. Your relationship with your agent is vital to how smooth your relocation and transaction will go. This is a great first step.

My style is very personal. You get personal service directly from me. I answer my own phone and I respond to your inquires quickly. Because I view my job as a consultant, my goal is to provide you with the information that you need to make an informed decision. In addition to listings, that information will include my opinion of the condition of the properties and market value of any that you are considering. While I've been a REALTOR for seven years, my background includes a variety of construction experience. I know what challenges to watch for, how advise you, and when to call in an expert. I'm very hands-on. If crawling into an attic or under a house will get the information that you need, I will do it. I want to feel confident that the home that you choose is a good investment. I don't see myself as a sales person so I don't push you to make a decision on a property.

I work with a hand picked team of inspectors, lenders and title companies to make sure every part of your transaction goes smoothly. These are areas of expertise where the right team can make the difference between moving into your new home on time or starting your search all over after a month of anticipation. Your lender is as important as your agent, so please allow me to recommend bankers who can get your transaction closed.

These days, technology provides buyers with a wealth of information. You have probably been scanning listings since you first considered your move to the area. What you need now is an agent to coordinate the information and use it to negotiate the best deal for you and the seller. I put my experience and skills to work for you in communicating with the seller and their agent. They want to sell a house. You want to buy. But there can also be a hundred nuances like timing, closing cost, repairs, or the pool table that the seller really doesn't want to move that are components of your transaction. When both parties needs are met, everyone wins.

Technology is also a tool for me to communicate with you in your search for your new home. Automated searches, online information, aerial photos, statistics, photos and video can all help you visualize properties before you ever get on a plane. I know how to use the technology, but I also know when personal service needs to fill in the gaps.

I sincerely want you to be so pleased with my services that you will actively promote my business through referrals to your friends and associates. But don't take my word for it. Click on my contact information and read the testimonials from some of my clients. They are my best advocates. My Trulia profile also provides access to my answers to other questions like yours that have been posted about the area real estate market. These answers can also provide insight into my experience and how I work for you.

Best wishes in your search for your guide to your new home!

Hi Cory,

Looking forward to your arrival here in Frisco! :) We had some friends recently move here from Seattle and would be happy to introduce you to them. Have you visited here yet? The "flatness" (to people from Seattle) of the area is surprising. We can help you with all those little things. We can also show the closest water since you're used to seeing it all the time. :)

My husband and I work together as a team and would be happy to help you find your perfect home in Frisco! You will not be passed around like on big teams. We work this area all the time, are very familiar with it and hold a networking meeting each week in Frisco with other Frisco businesses. We guarantee to save you a minimum of $5,000 on your home purchase. Ask us about details. We saved some clients recently more than $100,000. We've lived here all of our lives and have a in-depth knowledge of the area. In addition, we have a relocation alliance and can help you with savings and extra features on everything you need when you move including movers, title, mortgage, pest control, inspectors, banking and on and on. (ok, /promo) ;)

Corey, welcome to Frisco! I am an accredited buyer's agent (ABR) who also lives in Frisco. I would be delighted to show you around when you arrived. As for my style, you will find that I will listen to your wants and needs and only direct you to homes that meet your criteria. I am not a high pressure agent. But I am very very up to date on market market conditions. Some things to consider when moving to Texas: Our property taxes are very high (as much as 3% of the appraised value) and your electric bill during the summer months
will far surpass whatever you paying in Seattle.

I look forward to your arrival.
