Regarding Oak Run, Palm Cay, and Pine Run, do the residents own the amenities, or is there still a developer involved?

Asked by Thanks In Advance!, Boca Raton, FL Thu Jan 10, 2013

And, if there is still a developer involved, who sets the monthly fees and makes decisions, the residents or the developer? Is there a future time when monthly costs could take a big jump because of actions by the developer or something like a rec lease--if any--running out?

Any issues to do with any utilities (water, cable, electric, etc.) being higher due to who controls/owns the utility?

In Oak Run , the Developer owns the amenities . Annual increases are tied to the cost of living index.
There have been years when there were no increases, because of this connection.
There are no leases and no cause for any large increases.
We have County water and sewer and SECO is the Electric co. The Developer owns the cable company and their rates and service are competitive with other providers. You have the choice of using Satellite if you prefer something else.
