This is a STR community. Prices are inflated to hide a big commission. Please get in touch if you wouldlike to know of better places to purchase. 4078324888

Hi Renee:

I have done transactions in the community. It is a beautiful place close to Celebration. You have building from 2007 as well as brand new ones. Right now there is a foreclosure for sale in the community for $149K. Below please find the link to all 5 town homes available for sale:…

This is a project from the same people who built Regal Palms. They abandoned it before being finished. It's being finished by CLC, a European company that came in and finished Encantada. Their new construction is priced shall we say to catch tourists unawares, so do be very careful.

If you like Old Town, it's not a bad choice.

Hi Renee,

There are 5 listings right now at Regal Oaks.
3 are from 2007 (resale), and 2 show new construction.
Resales are 149K for a bank owned to 179K traditional.
As far as new....they start at 225K+.
They look to be fully furnished and ready to rent for STR.
As with most STR's in Kissimmee, they are what you make them....get a good management company to fill bookings, use the onsite management or do it yourself. Being successful in that business is what, where and when.

If you'd like some help, let me know.
