I just got 10% off for my client the other day. Would that help?

How much is a good rebate to you?

I work that area as well and do new home construction negotiations as well as resale. As a Realtor/Broker and Architect/Builder I offer a unique perspective to home purchase for my clients. And I will work with you on a rebate to be cleared by your lender and approved by the builder.

Ripu, Feel free to call me and we can discuss exactly what type of "rebate" you're looking for and what type of home you have picked out, and I'll see what I can do to help you. I happen to be one of the top agents in the greater Austin area with the #1 Rated Real Estate company in the United States and Austin, Keller Williams Realty, do work quite a bit in Cedar Park, and am a Negotiation Specialist as well. I have over 24 years experience, have negotiated over $900 million in total sales, and can probably save you more money than most! I I also worked for a new homebuilder for many years so I know that side of the coin, and currently own a new home construction company as well. I also know how to work the finance side of the deal for you as well.

Call me as soon as you have some time and we can sort things out… I am usually available from 10 AM to 8 PM seven days a week! Thanks, Joe

Thanks Ripu...that clarifies things and you will undoubtedly get many, many responses from agents who can assist you. The hard part will be choosing which one from the responses you receive. Congrats on getting the "leg work" done in your home buying process.

If you've almost finalized a deal, why do you need an agent? You should probably include more details and clarity in a follow up post so you can get a response that will be helpful.

Hello, Ripu,

What do you mean by "finalised"? Did you work with an agent and now you want someone else? I offer rebates, but I wouldn't interfere with another agent's client. Call me and let's see what the situation is and what exactly you mean by "rebate".

Hello Ripu,

I live and work out of Cedar Park. Please feel free to call me to discuss your situation. I can also help you negotiate financing terms as I am also a licensed mortgage broker. I can save you quite a bit of money that way as well.
