A good Buyers agent educates his clients on the process of purchasing a home. They take the time to sit down and listen to what the Buyer is looking, making suggestions that are helpful. Communicates constantly and openly with Buyers.
When viewing a home with Buyers, a good agent points out issues they can see, so that the Buyer is aware of items they may need to question during inspections.
A good agent provides the Buyer with information and advice so that they can make an educated decision when making an offer, by providing a Comparable Market Analysis, and their personal understanding of the market. While writing an offer, a good agent writes an offer that is beneficial to Buyers and one that gives them the best opportunity at an accepted offer. Creates a rapport with the Listing Agent an finds out as much history about the home as possible.
The most important quality though, a good Buyers Agent has a Buyers best interest at hand the entire transaction, and advises the Buyer the right way even if it means walking away from a home if a transaction does not seem right.
