Question for lenders?

Asked by KaylaDriker, Orlando, FL Mon Jan 13, 2014

If a buyer has a job working remotely on-line based out of another state then where they are buying, would a lender not be favorable of that income ? The buyer will have had employment with the same company for 25 years , and capable of working from a computer anywheres

I am not a lender but I can tell you that lenders are interested in the legitimacy of your income (cash, under the table, unreported income does not qualify), the amount vs. your outgo and other obligations plus the new mortgage obligation, the stability dependability of your income as well as your other assets, your credit and other factors.

Working on-line is certainly not a deal killer. Working remotely is also quite acceptable. Of course, there is no requirement that you live in the state where you are buying.

Talk personally to a lender for specifics.

Hello Kayla,

I have completed loans like this before many times. We just have to show that they work remotely. Not a problem usually. I would be happy to help you out so feel free to contact me at any time.
