By the way ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS use a realtor when you buy new. Don't even visit the models without your realtor in tow. Don't negotiate or sign ANYTHING with a builders rep before you take us with you. These days more than ever you want representation on your side. The builders reps are normally nice and friendly, but they are working against you and not for you.

There are many neighborhoods around the DFW Airport that will fit your criteria. Even when working with a Builder it is a great Idea to have a Realtor negotiate for you. Many times the builders offer the same incentives and also offer incentives to the Realtors. I always give those bonuses up for an additional bonus for you.

Also I can help you may a very competitive bid that many times a salesperson will try and talk you out of making that offer and making a higher offer they say they know their "boss" will accept.

Finally I can bring all the specs and plans to you instead of having to visit the individual builders and neighborhoods on your own and ending up on all of their calling and mailing lists.

Your buyers agent can assist with your search. If you don't have Realtor never purchase a home w/o an agent representing you

Are you qualified for a loan? That will be 1st concern for builder and Realtor request in order to assist you
