Playa Vista looks good, but I'm not sure I want to live in a Condo. I wonder if it's noisy there?

Hi Heather,
There's a lot to think about...and it's a huge decision.
I would highly recommend you make an appointment to sit down with a local Realtor. I would be more than happy to help you.

Play Vista is a Planned Unit Development. There are condominiums, townhouses and single family homes. Like any condominium complex the number of units will vary. I would suggest that you visit the community. To judge the noisy level in complexes visit a few Open Houses. Playa Vista is a upscale community but noisy level will be based on the individual.

It depends on where in the complex you live. You have Lincoln and Jefferson blvd.
I've shown many of these units and this has not been an issue.
I would suggest looking at a few, speaking with current owners, etc.
Let me know if I can be of further help.

I worked in the area for three years and I found the development quite peaceful. There are events at times in the evenings but nothing wildly noisy that i noted. I would advise you to visit the area during busy times such as weekends and evaluate if before you buy.
