Phoenix, AZ -- need mortgage under 50,000 -- leads?

I need a mortgage for a house under 50K. Could go investor or owner-occ. Does anyone know a banker who will do this?

You are correct. Most lenders have a minimum loan amount of 50k.

Flagstar can do a minimum loan of 30,000.

Almost any bank will lend you, as long as you comply with the requirements - being down payment, credit score, income, etc. Those requierements will vary depending on your type of loan. Loans for investment or second homes will generally have higher requirements than those for owner occupied properties.
