Other than Hildreth Hills Community, are there any other upscale condo's that are comparable with less expensive fees?

I am looking to buy a condo in Westford Mass and looked at a few in Hildreth Hills Community. The fees seem very high and wondering about other condo' s that would be just as nice without the hefty fees

The reason Hildreth has such high fees is because it is an older community/association (fees have increased over the years to maintain the property) and it includes a lot of amenities such as: Water, Sewer, Master Insurance, Swimming Pool, Exterior Maintenance, Landscaping, Snow Removal, Tennis Court, Clubroom, Walking/Jogging Trails

Here is a condo with low condo fees (Fee: $266) as it is a new development:

Or this one, fees are $306:

Here is every condo on the market for sale in Westford:

Hope that helps!

"Just as nice" is not the same for everyone.
I would contact a local real estate professional to help with this answer.

if you need help choosing one, we have associates there.

There are nice units on Minuteman at Concord Place, Southgate is nice . . . Graniteville Woods (some units avail now) has reasonable condo fees but is on the north side of town. It's just a matter of time before more units become available at these other locations.

One of my favorites is Nashoba Farm, but there is currently nothing on the market there. There are also several complexes with new construction. Their fees aren't too bad, but newer places tend to collect less early on because they don't have repairs to covers. What's your time frame? I would expect to see more places coming on the market as we head into spring.
