A Bell on a lease option there is no lender as there is no purchase. The tenant has the option to purchase the property at a given price stated in the option contract at a future date before the option contract expires. It sounds like you went into real estate investment without a full education. I would recommend that you join a REIA in your area or get in touch with a good Realtor®.

Lease option lenders THERE IS NONE, those are furnished thru the property owner.

Conventional lending would not participate in these types of loans.
