Hi Torrey, there are some options for you. If you chose a Buyer's Agent they will assist you with any concerns you might have. I would love to help you get into a home with little money down. Give me a call at 648-9012 to move forward.

Good morning if buying the city of Grand Rapids this could help - http://grcity.us/community-development/Pages/First-Time-Home…

MSHDA DPA is also a great as mentioned below - http://www.michigan.gov/mshda

And then there is ICCF - they can help as well - http://www.iccf.org/

As you can see there are a few programs that may be able to help - Good luck!

There are first time home buyer down payment assistance programs that could be helpful to you if you don't have a down payment. Some of them are location based and are only available in certain areas. Others, like the MSHDA program are less restrictive on areas. Dan, who you Brian recommended, is very familiar with those programs.
