Good afternoon Barb,

I am sorry to hear about the repossession, children, and apparently grandchildren, can be quite challenging at times. :)

I would have to get more information from you to know if there was a possibility of me being able to complete a mortgage for you however, feel free to contact me so we can chat for a bit to see if we can come up with a solution for you.

Hi Barb!

From your email, it seems as though your credit score is the issue? I would recommend speaking to a licensed mortgage lender that is experienced in the industry. You're going to have much better luck speaking to someone about your specific issues rather than a message board full of strangers. There may very well be options for you - the right lender can make all the difference!

Best of luck!
