My husband and are home searching. Is it harder to get a loan for a home at 21 even with a really good credit score (730)?

We currently have 3 loans out equaling 20,000 and our interest rates are below 10% that will be paid off in 4 years. We both have full time jobs that a are secure. We're always on time with payments and have never been late. I am however younger than my husband--by younger I mean 21. Is it harder to get a loan for a home at this age even with a really good credit score (730)?

You should get pre-qualified for a mortgage with a lender...they can tell you what loans you qualify for, etc. Your age can have an impact on your credit score but if your debt-to-income ratio and credit history is good, you shouldn't have a problem getting a loan.
