It's nice that you are doing your research up front, so you'll know what to expect. Basically, it all depends on time of day, direction of travel, weather conditions, and whether there are any accidents or (rare) road closures.

The commute is a very simple commute. The only thing that is a issue is the grade. Other then that it is maybe 15 minute trip and you are at work.
