My family is being relocated to Wilmington, NC in Feb and would like to find a 4 bedroom 2 bath home for rent. We like the Ogden school district.

I am an assistant here at The G-Slow Team who will be relocating to the Wilmington area. We have already purchased a home there and I can highly recommend Sandy Monroe as an agent. He grew up and has always lived in Wilmington.

He went above and beyond for us as we pretty much purchased sight unseen from here in Illinois. He previewed real estate for us, was very responsive to all questions, he found us a great home inspector as well as someone to assist with financing and the long distance closing.

In addition, he has worked with and knows many of the builders in the area so if you are looking for a newer build....he will steer you in the right direction. I just can't say enough good about him. If you don't have a realtor already, give him a call.

Here is his contact info:

You can find all rentals listed in the MLS for New Hanover County here:…

Also view the school district map here: http:/ and you can select either elementary/middle school or high school to view the district boundaries or research about each school with test ratings and reviews.

Hello Hashim,
Click on Find an Agent, enter your city, and find the agent that will work best for you. He/She should be able to send you everything available. Another good option would be to search Craigslist. Feel free to contact us if you have anymore questions.
