My dad is looking for a home. He just retired, wants a home with a nice view and a nice size lot. Which areas in Campbell should I look into?

Finding a home on a hill in Campbell could be challenging. Saratoga, Monte Sereno, and Los Gatos are next to Campbell and have hillside homes. A nice view could be a park, a golf course, or even a stream.

Saratoga real estate statistics:
Monte Sereno real estate statistics:
Los Gatos real estate statistics:

I live across the street from a creek. It makes my home feel like I'm in a rural area but I can easily walk to downtown Palo Alto. Something similar or the view of a park may be a good choice for your dad. As he gets older his mobility is likely to decrease and being near coffee shops etc could provide an easy way to talk to friends etc.

Campbell is pretty flat, but Los Gatos and San Jose both have some nice hilly views. If you are interested in a free consultation with some ideas of what is available please call me at 408-314-3442 or you can contact me at

I would recommend the Dry Creek and Prunyard area of Campbell. Lots in this area can range from 9000+ sq ft and it is conveniently located near downtown Campbell and Highway 17. Send your email address and I will show you some properties which might be a good match for your father. My email is

Campbell doesn't have hills. What is a nice size lot? What else does he want in a home and neighborhood?

You should contact me today to schedule a free consultation so that I can help you fully.
